The Camp Shirt is Natures of Conflict’s take on the summer classic Hawaii Shirt, or Camp collar shirt. Its oversized A-shape and sleeves that reach over the elbow offer a more elaborate silhouette. We kept the soft convertible collar for an extra relaxed look. It features long slits in the sides for easy access to your pant pockets and the iconic NoC hanger detail in the back.
The buttons are made from wood, produced in Vienna.
This check fabric is a little heavier and chunky for a summer quality, but because of it’s high percentage in linen and thicker yarn it feels quite cool on summer days. This fabric is from a small french weaving mill. They work with vintage restored textile machines. Every step of preparation and weaving is carried out in-house, from yarn bobbins to the cloth. What is more, it is the life project of one man who trained himself to create beautiful authentic cloth from natural yarns.
